We ship worldwide:

• EU/UK: 5€ standard delivery - free on orders over 100€.
• Non-EU/UK: 10€ standard delivery - free on orders over 200€.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

To initiate a return, email us at contact@goldenmonstera.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.

Please note:
• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
